LVMH Fragrance Brands Media Project Assistant Internship

- Support the multi-media communication strategy for Givenchy and KENZO throughout the consumer journey, focusing on awareness, engagement, and conversion during product launches and key events like Christmas and Black Friday.
- Assist in offline campaigns including TV, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Contribute to digital and influencer campaigns.
- Participate in drive-to-store and e-store campaigns.
- Manage organic social media planning, particularly on Facebook.
- Coordinate CRM planning through brand newsletters.
- Execute operational aspects of campaigns, including media briefs to agencies and creative exchanges with marketing teams and retailers.
- Present media plans for internal and external sharing.
- Monitor performance and compile reports.
- Conduct competitive analysis and track share of voice and market.
- Engage with media agencies to stay informed about new advertising offerings.
- Enrollment in a business school or university, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
- Passion for the media industry.
- Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated rigor, organization, and autonomy to handle multiple projects.
- Creative and possesses a critical mindset.
- Prior experience in digital or media (advertiser, agency, or media company) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- In-depth understanding of traditional and digital media.
- Insight into brand awareness, engagement, and conversion in an omnichannel environment.
No prior experience required, though a background in digital or media is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
The internship offers six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential for a recommendation to apply for internal positions or the International Program, GLOW. Interns join a community of young talents, with opportunities for networking, coaching workshops, and mentorship from a senior buddy.
