1. Assist in the development of new products in collaboration with R&D, Packaging Development, and suppliers.
2. Contribute to product concept ideation.
3. Prepare for major international events such as marketing plans, conventions, and taskforces.
4. Conduct competitive analyses and studies to inform marketing strategy, including performance analyses and panel studies.
5. Participate in 360-degree launch planning and coordinate with Digital, Merchandising, Press, Publishing, and Training teams.
6. Provide operational support to Product Managers.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
5. Organized, versatile, meticulous, creative, and curious.
6. Previous experience as a Product Assistant is advantageous.

Internship compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
