1. Assist in the operational execution of product launches for fragrance and makeup, gaining insights into marketing processes and coordination with internal and headquarters teams.
2. Actively participate in point-of-sale activations, promotions, and launch implementations, supporting the coordination of POS materials, presentations, and analyses.
3. Support the planning, organization, and execution of events, as well as PR and influencer activations, including invitation management, material coordination, and post-event recaps and reporting.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated interest in luxury, beauty, brands, and events.

1. Highly structured and reliable with a hands-on approach.
2. Creative with strong organizational skills.
3. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Excellent proficiency in both German and English.

No prior professional experience required; ideal for students or recent graduates seeking to gain industry experience.
