- Assist in the creation of digital assets and banners for e-retail channels.
- Monitor and report on competitors' advertising activities monthly.
- Plan and execute the social media calendar for Givenchy in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Negotiate and track monthly social visibility on key retailer channels.
- Support PR launch campaigns and manage PR requisitions to ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with PR agencies to ensure timely delivery of PR stocks to partners.
- Maintain and update post-campaign reports regularly.
- Monitor and report on competitors' PR activities monthly.
- Complete Digital NIF for Sephora's launch listings.
- Ensure timely launch of listings on department stores.
- Track and report on competitors' e-commerce activities monthly.
- Assist in the implementation of CRM plans, including EDM planning and setup.
- Support local promotions, events, and concepts to achieve brand KPIs.
- Communicate with Beauty Consultants to ensure awareness of promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure operational excellence in trade marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on in-store competitors' activities monthly.
- Prepare in-store communication artworks and liaise with retailers for artwork confirmation.
- Assist with product registration and price maintenance.
- Undergraduate student available for a full-time internship commitment of at least 6 months.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Capable of working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Possess a keen eye for detail, style, and design.
- Must be collaborative, proactive, and independent.
