LVMH Fragrance Brands Marketing Intern

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the perfume industry.
- Develop and oversee trade marketing strategies in collaboration with the Trade Manager, ensuring alignment with brand goals and guidelines.
- Manage Spray Girls campaigns, including profitability analysis and action plans.
- Monitor sales data and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align trade marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Partner with the digital marketing team for online-to-offline campaigns.
- Organize brand activation events, such as perfume launch events or exclusive customer experiences.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and trade marketing approaches.
- Assist the Category Manager with the operational launch of new products, managing collateral and materials for all new launches and in-store focuses.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal departments and key external suppliers to support 360 launch planning and execution.
- Analyze new product launches and marketing activations on an ongoing basis.
- Develop internal periodic reports and closely track and analyze competitor launches and activities.
- Create marketing presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including weekly orders and shipments.
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department.
- Manage own projects, depending on development within the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly valued.
- Fluent in English (C1 level). Proficiency in French and/or other languages is considered a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and digital platforms.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Pack and/or CRM platforms is considered a plus.
Previous professional experience in marketing and/or retail positions is considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field. Master’s degree is highly valued.
