LVMH Fragrance Brands Marketing Financial Controller

- Collaborate on project-based initiatives with Marketing Development teams, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and conducting in-depth risk and opportunity analyses.
- Support and challenge marketing teams in preparing and analyzing project profitability.
- Calculate and assess the impact of product launches on franchise margins and strategic axes.
- Prepare weekly product launch committees for operational teams and General Management.
- Monitor and analyze the product portfolio to ensure performance and optimization of offerings.
- Ensure the reliability and relevance of financial data communicated to operational teams and General Management.
- Conduct monthly closures and budget tracking, identifying and alerting on risks or opportunities versus forecasts.
- Lead all budgeting processes, including budgets, revisions, and rolling forecasts, supporting operational teams in budget construction and hypothesis analysis.
- Provide support and challenge operational teams to optimize financial management.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in finance, audit, or management control.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in management control.
- Recognized expertise in budgeting, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a demanding, complex, and challenging environment.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in management control is required.
Advanced degree (Master's level) in finance, audit, or management control.
The position offers up to 2 days of remote work per week, promoting a flexible work-life balance.
