LVMH Fragrance Brands Marketing Development Assistant Intern

- Assist in the development of marketing plans for 2026, 2027, and 2028 across various fragrance lines.
- Support the launch of new products, including conceptualization, positioning, and coordination with creative studios, packaging development, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams.
- Contribute to the strategic creation of 360-degree marketing initiatives, including communication, point-of-sale materials, publications, press, training, and in-store animations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments, tracking competitor launches, and monitoring industry trends.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external events, including major international gatherings.
- Provide operational support to Product Managers.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent university program.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the fragrance industry.
- Creative and strategic marketing skills.
- Project management and coordination abilities.
- Strong market and business acumen in the perfume and cosmetics sector.
- Autonomy, initiative, and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Aesthetic sensibility and creativity.
No prior experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or marketing.
Monthly stipend ranging from €1,300 to €1,400, depending on academic progression.
The internship offers six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential recommendations for internal job opportunities or the International Program, GLOW.
