Marketing Development Assistant Intern
LVMH Fragrance Brands is a leading company in the luxury fragrance industry, known for its prestigious brands such as Givenchy and KENZO. The company is dedicated to innovation and excellence in the development and launch of new fragrance collections.
- Develop marketing plans for 2025, 2026, and 2027 for various fragrance lines.
- Assist in the launch of new products, including conceptualization, positioning, and coordination with creative studios, packaging development, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams.
- Contribute to the strategic creation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, including communication, point-of-sale materials, press, training, and event animations.
- Conduct market studies and competitive analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments, and monitor competitor launches and trends.
- Assist in preparing internal and external events, including major international meetings.
- Provide operational support to Product Managers.
- Student in a business school, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent university program.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Curious, passionate about the fragrance industry, enthusiastic, autonomous, rigorous, organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and enjoys challenges.
- Able to manage priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Creative and strategic marketing skills.

- Market and business sensitivity in the fragrance and cosmetics sector.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
