LVMH Maintenance Technician

1. Enhance the technical performance of workshop machinery while adhering to Safety, Quality, Timeliness, Cost, Ergonomics, and Environmental standards.
2. Develop the skills of workshop machinists.
3. Implement and oversee the assigned scope of work, including Preventive, Improvement, New Formats, Training, and New Equipment.
4. Execute the industrialization of new product launches.
5. Diagnose, analyze, and perform curative and palliative maintenance operations to resolve complex malfunctions and adjustments on production machines.
6. Propose technical solutions to ensure production continuity in case of component industrialization issues.
7. Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment.
8. Implement preventive maintenance within the assigned scope and contribute to the preventive maintenance plan.
9. Supervise and support external company interventions.
10. Maintain the 5S standards in work areas.
11. Propose, study, and implement actions to increase the reliability and performance of production machines in terms of Quality, Safety, Productivity, Costs, Timeliness, and Environment.
12. Participate in the development, monitoring, and updating of the action plan within the assigned scope with production teams.
13. Study, design, and refine the production tool for new products, ensuring technical responsibility on the line.
14. Actively participate in investment projects, including specifications, design review, goods reception, and startup.
15. Prepare intervention reports and facilitate communication between line contacts and technical teams.
16. Participate in service animation rituals and raise awareness among colleagues about safety risks related to tools and machines.
17. Adapt behavior and attitude according to the interlocutor and situations.
18. Train and develop the technical skills of machinists, serving as the technical reference for the development of CIMA machinist apprentices.
19. Establish, validate, and update equipment usage, maintenance, and adjustment procedures for machinists.
20. Facilitate and assist in the integration of new production technicians and apprentices on the line.

1. Extensive knowledge of safety rules and risks, particularly related to machinery.
2. Pedagogical, rigorous, and strong analytical skills.
3. Knowledge in pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, automation, robotics, and vision control tools.
4. Electrical certifications (BC, BR, and H0), and depending on the area: ATEX, pressure equipment, jib assembly, CACES.
5. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Technical or vocational training in a related field.
