LVMH Key Account Coordinator

- Update and maintain the Sell-Out tracker for each retailer weekly.
- Request and analyze trade reports to identify performance trends and issues.
- Provide monthly corporate report analysis, including retailer rankings and trade marketing activities.
- Track and analyze sell-through, stock holding, and launch performance, offering business-driving suggestions.
- Distribute Daily Gross Sales reports and provide weekly best-seller and stock level reports to retailers.
- Validate incoming orders, ensuring alignment with launch allocations and stock availability.
- Monitor logistics calendar and manage supply-chain processes.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and maintaining P&L through internal trackers.
- Complete New Line Forms and administer retailer information exchanges.
- Set up Purchase Orders, ensure budget compliance, and manage invoice coding.
- Conduct competitor analysis and maintain records of promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness with analytical capabilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment.
Beginner level experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or cosmetics industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
