1. Update and maintain the Sell-Out tracker for each retailer weekly.
2. Request and analyze trade reports to identify performance trends and issues.
3. Provide monthly corporate report analysis, including retailer rankings and trade marketing activities.
4. Track and analyze sell-through, stock holding, and launch performance, offering business-driving suggestions.
5. Distribute Daily Gross Sales reports and provide weekly best-seller and stock level reports to retailers.
6. Validate incoming orders, ensuring alignment with launch allocations and stock availability.
7. Monitor logistics calendar and manage supply-chain processes.
8. Assist in organizing promotional activities and maintaining P&L through internal trackers.
9. Complete New Line Forms and administer retailer information exchanges.
10. Set up Purchase Orders, ensure budget compliance, and manage invoice coding.
11. Conduct competitor analysis and maintain records of promotional activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong time management and organizational skills.
4. Commercial awareness with analytical capabilities.
5. Ability to maintain a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment.

Beginner level experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or cosmetics industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
