1. Update and maintain the Sell-Out tracker for each retailer on a weekly basis.
2. Request and analyze trade reports from retailers and field teams to identify performance issues and communicate with relevant teams.
3. Provide monthly analysis for corporate reports, including retailer rankings, trends, and trade marketing activities.
4. Track and analyze sell-through, stock holding, and launch performance, offering suggestions to drive business growth.
5. Update and distribute the Daily Gross Sales report.
6. Provide weekly best-seller and stock level reports to retailers.
7. Validate incoming orders and ensure alignment with launch allocations and stock availability.
8. Monitor logistics calendar and manage supply-chain processes.
9. Assist in organizing and operating promotional activities and site visits.
10. Administer information exchange with retailers regarding stock allocations, promotions, and replenishment issues.
11. Set up purchase orders and ensure budget compliance, flagging variances to the Key Account Manager.
12. Conduct competitor analysis and maintain awareness of market trends.
