LVMH Fragrance Brands International Operational Marketing Product Manager

- Guide international markets in operational marketing strategies to optimize brand launches and long-term development.
- Act as a liaison between headquarters teams and international markets to develop coherent and impactful marketing plans.
- Develop strategies and guidelines for the assigned brand axis in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Digital, Merchandising, Education, Business Analysis, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Financial Control to support project development.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets, assisting in the daily operational implementation of plans.
- Create effective presentations and communication tools for markets.
- Assist markets in developing local activation plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring brand guideline compliance.
- Support and challenge markets in their forecasting processes.
- Manage product assortment with markets and International Marketing in the discontinuation committee.
- Handle specific market requests, such as visual rights extensions and exclusive product assortments.
- Develop budget and launch guidelines to assist markets in their planning.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including sales and promotional weight assessments.
- Collect and analyze best practices from each market to provide post-launch evaluations and recommendations for future launches.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Operational Marketing, Marketing Development, or Business Development.
- Understanding of market operations with experience in Operational Marketing or Business Development preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools (e.g., Orion/Cube, Circana).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and demonstrate organizational rigor.

A minimum of 2 years in Operational Marketing, Marketing Development, or Business Development is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
