LVMH Fragrance Brands International Operational Marketing Assistant Internship

- Participate in the development of 360° launch plans in collaboration with internal departments such as marketing development, merchandising, digital, and training.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses, including competitive benchmarking and sell-in/sell-out analysis, and provide tailored recommendations for project follow-up.
- Support daily marketing coordination with subsidiaries, including operational follow-up on requests for samples, communication tools, visuals, and product inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through performance metrics.
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative launch performance reports.
- Enrollment in a business school or university with a specialization in Marketing or Luxury.
- A keen interest in the beauty and fragrance sector.
- Known for analytical and synthesis skills, as well as rigor and organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Prior experience in Marketing or the luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
