- Actively contribute to the daily management of the International site givenchybeauty.com, including homepage updates, product page creation, and catalog management.
- Adapt e-merchandising strategies according to product launches and commercial highlights to maximize product appeal.
- Monitor and analyze site performance to identify areas for user experience optimization.
- Prepare and provide necessary materials for product launches and key events to international markets, in collaboration with Marketing & Digital teams.
- Brief external agencies for product page creation and ensure multilingual adaptations.
- Support markets in implementing local e-merchandising strategies by providing activation guidelines for each launch.
- Ensure the validity of online content by managing digital asset rights.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis on online luxury and cosmetics market trends to identify best practices and innovations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent, with a specialization in digital or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury and cosmetics industry with a strong understanding of e-commerce challenges.
- Previous experience in digital or e-commerce through internships or work placements.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong initiative.
- Result-oriented with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using a CMS, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Figma, JIRA, and Clarity is advantageous.
Entry-level experience in digital or e-commerce through internships or work placements is required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or a related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
The internship offers 6 paid absence days, access to a company restaurant, and the potential for internal recommendations and selection for the International Program, GLOW. Participants will join a community of young talents, partake in integration seminars, network with peers, attend career coaching workshops, and receive mentorship from senior buddies.
