LVMH Fragrance Brands Internal Quality Engineer

- Serve as the primary liaison between the production team and the quality department to resolve disputes and ensure quality and productivity in packaging.
- Support the site's transformation by digitalizing quality management and deploying problem-solving tools.
- Participate in daily AIC meetings and communicate pertinent issues to the quality team.
- Lead and manage workshop disputes, implementing necessary actions.
- Contribute to collective performance by engaging in problem-solving groups and performance steering committees.
- Update and disseminate documentation and information, such as packaging specifications and quality information.
- Validate Quality Deviation Sheets to confirm non-conformities.
- Input Quality Deviation Sheets for daily reporting purposes.
- Manage the rework of non-conforming products.
- Arbitrate and manage component disputes upon receipt.
- Monitor the resolution of disputes and supplier action plans.
- Engineering degree or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
