- Manage the LinkedIn page, including content creation in French and English, and network engagement with 'LinkedIn internal influencers'.
- Contribute to the internal and external implementation of the employer brand 'Beauty needs entrepreneurs'.
- Create content such as video rushes and photo shoots for both internal and external audiences.
- Participate in external communication strategy and editorial plan development.
- Animate the intranet by drafting and publishing content, managing the publication calendar, and proposing user experience improvements.
- Develop impactful communications to enhance engagement and participation, including training invitations and dynamic visuals.
- Establish a newsletter dedicated to training and development actions for global employees.
- Promote mandatory training through targeted campaigns on the LMS to maximize completion rates.
- Support project management for the annual training program and ad hoc training sessions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing internal events with the HR Development team, including D&I roadmaps, Career Cafés, Leadership Talks, and cross-brand events.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Communication (or equivalent) with a specialization in internal communication preferred.
- Previous experience in a large corporation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Project management skills with attention to detail.
- Creativity and organizational skills, with a proactive approach.
- Interest in the luxury and beauty sectors.
No prior experience required, though previous exposure to a large corporate environment is beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Communication.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
