LVMH Fragrance Brands Intern - Communication, Learning HR & Events Assistant

- Manage the LinkedIn page, including content creation in French and English, and engage with the network of 'LinkedIn internal influencers'.
- Contribute to the internal and external deployment of the employer brand 'Beauty needs entrepreneurs'.
- Create content including video shoots and editing for internal and external audiences, and photography.
- Participate in the external communication strategy and define the editorial plan.
- Animate the intranet by writing and publishing content, managing the publication calendar, and promoting the tool internally.
- Develop impactful communications to enhance engagement and participation in training programs.
- Implement a newsletter dedicated to training and development actions for global employees.
- Promote mandatory training through targeted campaigns on the LMS to maximize completion.
- Support project management for the annual training program and ad-hoc training sessions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing internal events with the HR Development team, including D&I roadmaps, Career Cafés, Leadership Talks, and cross-brand events.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or communication school, ideally with a specialization in internal communication.
- Previous experience in a large corporation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva; Adobe Suite proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills, teamwork-oriented.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and organized.
- Interest in the luxury and beauty sectors.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
