1. Ensure the implementation of merchandising and marketing strategies in retail locations.
2. Monitor sell-out results and execute corrective measures as necessary, including optimal product placement and merchandising updates.
3. Implement communication strategies for new product launches and services.
4. Oversee stock levels and report potential issues.
5. Conduct competitor analysis.
6. Identify and propose areas for development in sell-out activities.
7. Execute and evaluate sell-out initiatives in designated stores.
8. Provide in-store training.

1. Previous experience in commercial or merchandising roles is advantageous.
2. Result-oriented and customer-focused with a dynamic approach.
3. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new brand opportunities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Possession of a valid driving license (Category B).
