- Act as a strategic partner to the factory's executive committee, providing HR expertise in strategic decisions.
- Lead HR initiatives ensuring alignment with the company's overarching strategy.
- Facilitate meetings with employee representative bodies to maintain constructive social dialogue.
- Anticipate and support organizational changes in resources and competencies, collaborating closely with operational teams.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for various levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience and enhancing employer attractiveness.
- Drive the development of employee skills through training needs assessment, implementation of specific training actions, and career interview follow-ups.
- Ensure a seamless integration process for new employees, providing personalized follow-up and facilitating onboarding.
- Manage personnel administration from entry to exit, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Oversee health and safety at work, managing reclassification and unfitness situations, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor social dashboards (staffing, payroll, absenteeism) and manage associated action plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on human and legal aspects, including labor law, conflict management, and discipline.
- Participate in specific HR projects such as process improvement, HRIS tool implementation, and employer brand development.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources (Master's level)
- Significant experience (minimum 8 years) as an HR Manager, preferably in an industrial environment; luxury sector experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in labor law and HR practices.
- Project management capability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on listening and communication.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Pragmatic approach with field experience.
Minimum of 10 years in a relevant HR role, ideally within an industrial setting.
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
