LVMH Fragrance Brands Human Resources Manager

- Lead and animate the HR policy for the international houses of Givenchy and Kenzo within the Perfumes and Cosmetics division.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, advising managers and providing operational HR management expertise.
- Challenge recruitment needs and validate profiles to align with organizational evolution and LVMH values.
- Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Fashionjob to source and select candidates.
- Support department directors in defining efficient organizational structures.
- Oversee the RISE performance management process and individual salary reviews.
- Identify appropriate contract types and ensure compliance with labor conditions and safety standards.
- Facilitate talent development and career mobility within the organization.
- Contribute to the Talent Review process and support team development plans.
- Manage payroll and staffing budgets, and determine compensation packages for new hires.
- Advise on employee benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- 7-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role or talent acquisition.
- Strong business partner positioning with problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Digital literacy and fluency in English.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR management or talent acquisition.
