2. Advise managers by providing expertise in operational HR management and executing the LVMH Fragrance Brands HR roadmap.
3. Challenge recruitment demands to ensure alignment with organizational needs and values.
4. Source, select, and validate candidates in line with the company's evolution and identity.
5. Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Fashionjob to enhance employer branding.
6. Support department directors in defining efficient organizational structures.
7. Manage the RISE performance management process and individual salary reviews.
8. Ensure compliance with work conditions and safety regulations.
9. Facilitate talent development and career mobility within the group.
10. Contribute to the Talent Review exercise and support team development plans.
11. Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary budgets and new hire packages.

1. 7-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role or talent acquisition.
