- Serve as a strategic partner to the factory's executive team, providing HR expertise in strategic decision-making.
- Lead and align HR initiatives with the company's overarching strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
- Facilitate meetings with employee representative bodies and maintain constructive social dialogue.
- Anticipate and support organizational changes in resources and competencies in collaboration with operational teams.
- Oversee the recruitment process for all levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience and enhancing the company's attractiveness.
- Drive employee development through training needs assessment, implementation of specific training actions, and career interview follow-ups.
- Ensure a seamless integration process for new hires, providing personalized follow-up and facilitating role adaptation.
- Manage the administrative aspects of employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and improve working conditions, participating in ISO/BPF audits to maintain standards.
- Monitor social dashboards and manage associated action plans, including salary reviews for non-executives and participation in executive salary reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Participate in specific HR projects such as process improvement, HRIS tool implementation, and employer branding development.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources (Master's level)
- Significant experience (10 years) as an HR Manager, preferably in an industrial environment (luxury sector experience is advantageous).
- Proficiency in labor law and HR practices.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a project-based mode.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and communication.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
