- Autonomously manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including job posting, manager briefings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Facilitate the junior community through mid-term reviews, organizing after-work events, coaching workshops, cross-team lunches, and cultural outings.
- Participate in target school events such as recruitment forums, conferences, and business case competitions.
- Oversee the LinkedIn page by managing the content calendar, creating bilingual content, and engaging with internal LinkedIn influencers.
- Contribute to the internal and external employer branding strategy, 'Beauty needs entrepreneurs.'
- Manage the intranet by creating and publishing content, scheduling publications, promoting the platform internally, and suggesting user experience improvements.
- Support the HR Development team in organizing events related to employee integration, headquarters activities, and training programs.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in HR Development or recruitment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and HR marketing acumen.
- Excellent relational and writing skills.
- Initiative-taking and autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior exposure to HR development or recruitment is beneficial.
Master's degree in progress in Business or related field with a focus on Human Resources.
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, candidates may receive a recommendation to apply for internal positions and potentially be selected for the International Program, GLOW.
