1. Autonomously manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including job posting, manager briefings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
2. Facilitate the junior community through mid-term reviews, organizing after-work events, coaching workshops, cross-team lunches, and cultural outings.
3. Participate in target school events such as recruitment forums, conferences, and business case competitions.
4. Oversee the LinkedIn page by managing the content calendar, creating bilingual content, and engaging with internal LinkedIn influencers.
5. Contribute to the internal and external employer branding strategy, 'Beauty needs entrepreneurs.'
6. Manage the intranet by creating and publishing content, scheduling publications, promoting the platform internally, and suggesting user experience improvements.
7. Support the HR Development team in organizing events related to employee integration, headquarters activities, and training programs.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Prior experience in HR Development or recruitment is advantageous.
3. Strong communication and HR marketing acumen.

4. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior exposure to HR development or recruitment is beneficial.

Master's degree in progress in Business or related field with a focus on Human Resources.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, candidates may receive a recommendation to apply for internal positions and potentially be selected for the International Program, GLOW.
