LVMH Fragrance Brands Human Resources Assistant Intern

- Manage the administrative integration of junior staff, including interns and apprentices, independently.
- Input variable data into the ADP payroll software.
- Oversee the integration process, including tasks such as setting up health insurance, DPAE, badges, and CSE.
- Create and maintain both paper and digital personnel files.
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and various correspondence.
- Handle workplace accident reports (DAT) and medical appointments.
- Manage the administrative aspects of employee mobility.
- Conduct administrative follow-up on employee files, including amendments, filing, and archiving.
- Administer the departure process, including equipment retrieval and final settlement delivery.
- Oversee temporary work arrangements, including contracts, monitoring, billing, and provisions.
- Update organizational charts monthly for managed populations.
- Handle various reporting tasks.
- Act as a liaison for employees and managers, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
- Prior experience in human resources is appreciated.
- Strong foundation in labor law.
- Discretion and attention to detail.
- High adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong affinity for the luxury and fragrance & cosmetics sectors.
Entry-level experience in human resources is appreciated but not required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
The position offers the potential for a recommendation at the end of the internship, enabling applications for internal positions and possible selection for the International Graduate Program, GLOW. Interns will join the LVMH Fragrance Brands young talent community, participate in an integration seminar, network with peers across departments, attend various events and conferences, benefit from HR coaching workshops, and receive guidance from a senior buddy throughout their experience.
