1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including sending welcome emails, creating MyBeautyPlay accounts, and preparing welcome kits.
2. Manage registrations for integration training sessions such as factory visits, product training for Givenchy and Kenzo, and regulatory modules.
3. Support the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS training system.
4. Coordinate training sessions, including room reservations, meal orders, and attendance sheet preparation.
5. Monitor mandatory training completion through the LMS and propose corrective actions if necessary.
6. Analyze training evaluation feedback and share results with providers.
7. Contribute to the preparation of the Group and Maison social report.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
2. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Exhibits excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in HR training and development.

3. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.

The position offers six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and the potential for a recommendation for internal job applications and the International Program, GLOW.
