1. Oversee onboarding processes including sending welcome emails, creating MyBeautyPlay accounts, preparing welcome kits, and ordering products.
2. Manage registrations for integration training sessions such as Inside Operations, Givenchy and Kenzo product training, regulatory modules, and integration seminars.
3. Contribute to the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS training system.
4. Coordinate training sessions, including room reservations, meal and breakfast orders, and preparation of attendance sheets.
5. Monitor mandatory training compliance via the LMS and ensure completion of learning paths through regular reporting, proposing corrective actions if necessary.
6. Analyze feedback from training evaluations and share results with providers.
7. Assist in preparing reports for the Group and Maison social balance sheets.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in training and HR development.

Entry-level experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.

The position offers 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential recommendations for internal job applications. Interns may also be considered for the International Program, GLOW.
