- Assist in the deployment of the skills development plan for LVMH Fragrance Brands teams.
- Ensure the management and analysis tools for LVMH FB SAS are maintained, including training plan analysis and historical training data.
- Oversee the complete administrative follow-up of training programs.
- Manage onboarding processes, including welcome emails, account creation, and welcome kit distribution.
- Coordinate new employee registrations for factory visits, product training, and mandatory sessions.
- Collaborate in organizing and animating the integration seminar.
- Support the launch of the training plan and gather training needs from various departments.
- Communicate training actions and coordinate training sessions.
- Track training registrations and gather participant feedback.
- Present completed and upcoming training to HR Managers.
- Assist in organizing and communicating the social project, LIVE.
- Bachelor's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
