- Manage onboarding processes including welcome emails, account creation, and preparation of welcome kits.
- Coordinate registration for integration training sessions, including factory visits and product training.
- Support the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS system.
- Coordinate training sessions logistics such as room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Monitor and report on mandatory training completion and propose corrective actions as necessary.
- Analyze training feedback and share results with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of social reports for the Group and the brand.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software tools.
- Curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity.
No prior experience required.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
