1. Manage onboarding processes including welcome emails, account creation, and preparation of welcome kits.
2. Coordinate registration for integration training sessions, including factory visits and product training.
3. Support the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS system.
4. Coordinate training sessions logistics such as room bookings and catering arrangements.
5. Monitor and report on mandatory training completion and propose corrective actions as necessary.
6. Analyze training feedback and share results with stakeholders.
7. Contribute to the preparation of social reports for the Group and the brand.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in office software tools.
5. Curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity.

No prior experience required.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
