1. Oversee onboarding processes including welcome emails, account creation, and preparation of welcome kits.
2. Manage registrations for integration training sessions, including factory visits and product training.
3. Contribute to the implementation of the training plan by managing registrations and coordinating training sessions.
4. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and track completion through regular reporting.
5. Analyze feedback from training evaluations and share results with stakeholders.
6. Assist in the preparation of social reports for the Group and Maison.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in office software applications.
5. Curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.

The internship includes 6 paid absence days, access to the company restaurant, and potential for internal recommendations and participation in the International Program, GLOW. Interns will also benefit from integration seminars, networking opportunities, HR coaching workshops, and mentorship from senior staff.
