1. Facilitate the onboarding process by managing communications, creating accounts, and preparing welcome kits.
2. Coordinate registration for integration training sessions, including factory visits and product training.
3. Support the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS system.
4. Coordinate training sessions logistics, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
5. Monitor mandatory training compliance and report on training completion.
6. Analyze training feedback and share results with stakeholders.
7. Contribute to the preparation of social reports for the Group and the brand.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
2. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

3. Interest in HR training and development.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
