- Oversee the development of high-end fragrance collections from concept to market launch, ensuring impeccable quality at every stage.
- Challenge suppliers, creators, and technical teams to achieve excellence in olfactory, design, and packaging aspects.
- Collaborate with R&D, purchasing, financial control, and creative agencies to deliver exceptional and differentiated final products.
- Develop comprehensive 360° product elements including communication, POS materials, digital presence, consumer experience, and training.
- Adhere to timelines, budgets, and margins for each project while anticipating challenges and proposing creative, pragmatic solutions.
- Contribute to the formulation of a medium-term strategic plan for the fragrance division.
- Analyze product performance, identify market opportunities, and monitor trends and innovations.
- Propose strategic recommendations that are distinctive and disruptive for brand development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment.
- Lead and develop a team of 2 Product Managers and 2 interns in executing operational tasks related to projects.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in business or equivalent field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in fragrance product development marketing, preferably in the luxury or fragrance industry.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box, with agility and responsiveness.
- Strong understanding of business challenges in the fragrance industry and consumer expectations in the ultra-premium luxury sector.
- Ability to analyze performance data to propose suitable strategies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels in a multicultural environment.
- Sensitivity to luxury codes.
- Rigor and proactivity in managing budgets and deadlines.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 6 years of experience in fragrance product development marketing, with a strong background in luxury and/or fragrance industries.
Master's degree in business or equivalent field.
The position offers a hybrid work model with up to 2 days of remote work per week, promoting work-life balance.
