- Define the strategic direction for the Color division in collaboration with the Makeup Axis Director, balancing institutional ranges (lips, eyes) with hybrid recruitment ranges (skincare & makeup).
- Develop and recommend annual and three-year marketing plans, including new product launches, existing products, discontinuations, relaunches, and range extensions.
- Identify franchise development opportunities by analyzing line performances and market trends, including competitor analysis.
- Contribute to strategic recommendations and disruptive ideas for franchise development, leveraging fashion and trend insights to enhance synergies with couture.
- Oversee product conceptualization and development (formula, packaging, pricing, profitability) in collaboration with various departments, ensuring innovation and brand elevation.
- Create strong, visually impactful expression territories to coherently support 360-degree launch elements (communications, POS materials, training, digital, consumer experience).
- Collaborate with markets to track trends and adapt 360-degree launches to their needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Product Managers and two interns, instilling group values, decisions, strategies, and visions.
- Organize team missions and responsibilities based on skills and objectives, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Monitor line profitability and proactively manage the allocated budget.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 (business school or equivalent university).
- Minimum of 6 years in international luxury makeup product marketing development.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong knowledge of Asia, particularly China, is a significant advantage.
- Enthusiastic and attentive with high levels of rigor and organization.
- Creative and curious with a strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for luxury, fashion, and the arts.
- Business-oriented, pragmatic with a strong digital culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and team spirit skills.
Minimum 6 years in international luxury makeup product marketing development.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 (business school or equivalent university).
Remote work up to 2 days per week, inclusive work environment, opportunities for career advancement.
