LVMH Fragrance Brands Global Media Project Manager

- Define and implement the media strategy for Parfums Givenchy, ensuring alignment with the international communication plan.
- Act as the primary liaison for key markets and media agencies, coordinating the creation, implementation, and optimization of media plans.
- Monitor and analyze media investment efficiency, proposing optimizations and establishing a comprehensive reporting framework.
- Drive digital acceleration through precise digital media guidelines consistent with the division's best practices.
- Create and deploy a reporting framework for all media campaigns, enabling understanding of results and ongoing optimizations.
- Experiment with new digital media formats and infuse innovation through partnerships with media and creative partners.
- Stay informed on the evolution of the media landscape, including competitors' activities in key markets.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing 360° or digital-only media strategies and campaign implementation.
- Previous experience in advertising agencies within an international environment.
- Understanding of the luxury media landscape.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong data analysis capabilities for deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency in online media tools such as Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and complex matrix environment.
- Autonomous, proactive, and agile with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 4 years in managing comprehensive media strategies and campaign implementation, preferably within an international and luxury context.
