LVMH Fragrance Brands Fragrance Marketing Intern

- Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy Fragrance marketing plan for the UK and Ireland, including product and POSM orders, instore and retailer events, GWP and sample repacks, new store openings, and promotional site requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the field and sales team on all operational elements, liaising with Sales and Training departments.
- Develop and produce retailer-specific marketing materials in line with Product Manager’s guidelines and budget.
- Conduct two store visits per month and update monthly tracker with key competitor activations.
- Perform NPD market analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
- Coordinate timely reporting on new launches, collaborating with internal departments to share detailed performance and activation updates with HQ.
- Share weekly updates with the Marketing team on internal publication of new assets and launch materials.
- Create retail communications to share with internal teams two weeks prior to new launches.
- Compile quarterly sales presentations.
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department and assist with internal and external marketing presentations.
- University educated
- Previous experience in Marketing or a related field, preferably in luxury goods, retail industry, or FMCG
- Inherent interest in the Beauty industry
- Available for 1 year
- Fluent in English
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong communication skills

- Team working abilities
Beginner level experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
