- Assist in the development of marketing plans for 2026, 2027, and 2028 across various fragrance lines.
- Coordinate new product launches, including conceptualization, positioning, and collaboration with creative studios, packaging development, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams.
- Contribute to the strategic creation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, encompassing communication, point-of-sale materials, publications, press, training, and in-store animations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments, tracking competitor launches, and identifying trends.
- Support the preparation of internal and external events, including major international meetings.
- Provide operational support to Product Managers.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent university program.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Creative and strategic marketing acumen.
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Strong market and business sensitivity in the fragrance and cosmetics sector.
- Autonomous, proactive, and responsive.
- Creative with an aesthetic sensibility.
- Methodical with strong organizational skills and multi-project management capabilities.
No prior experience required; open to beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
Includes 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, potential for internal recommendations, and eligibility for the International Program, GLOW.
