- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management for Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators and results.
- Drive decision-making processes by offering relevant insights into financial statements, focusing on performance indicators, trend analysis, and variances.
- Oversee financial planning activities, including the development of annual budgets and short- and long-term financial forecasts.
- Support monthly closing exercises, reforecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Analyze and understand processes underlying the construction of profit and loss statements.
- Ensure effective communication of financial reports to LVMH Group.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as accounting, operations, and sales to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in finance, specifically in FP&A, financial control, or consolidation.
- Strong business orientation with an international perspective.
- Proven analytical skills and strategic vision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Teamwork capabilities for precise financial forecasting and in-depth analysis.
- Proficiency in financial techniques.
- Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, financial control, or consolidation is required.
The position offers a flexible working arrangement with the possibility of remote work up to two days per week.
