- Drive sales performance to achieve targets, with daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reporting to management.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's sales ceremony and internal PRIDE recommendations.
- Implement and uphold merchandising guidelines for Givenchy and Kenzo brands.
- Execute and oversee in-store animations and promotional activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and manage top management visits to the store.
- Lead and manage both permanent and temporary sales teams, ensuring effective communication of brand strategies.
- Monitor team objectives, manage scheduling, and anticipate staffing needs for events.
- Facilitate team development through training modules and identify growth opportunities.
- Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability for store performance and excellence.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team, coordinating closely with HR for succession planning.
- Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions with HR support.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and propose initiatives to enhance sales.
- Organize regular meetings with store management to ensure adherence to brand and store policies.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the fragrance industry.
- Proficiency in team management fundamentals, including motivation, team development, and conflict resolution.
- Strong client orientation with expertise in sales techniques and customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and analyze business KPIs.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills with team and headquarters/store stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Givenchy and Kenzo products and brand values.
- Commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
