- Develop financial project dossiers and challenge new product initiatives.
- Calculate medium-term impacts of product launches on franchise margins.
- Participate in sales forecasting and monitor product lifecycle.
- Optimize and monitor brand profitability and financial performance.
- Conduct annual complexity analysis of brand portfolios.
- Analyze leverage effects to enhance category profitability.
- Contribute to business plans and financial tracking of New Ventures projects.
- Manage the budgetary process for marketing teams.
- Prepare and present budgetary equations to senior management.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior financial leadership.
- Monitor monthly expenses against forecasts and previous year.
- Develop a strategic three-year plan.
- Oversee and control central expenses, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate monthly closing activities with operational and accounting teams.
- Lead and develop a team of Financial Controllers, setting clear objectives and evaluating performance.
- Foster communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in management control.
- Expertise in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
- Motivation and commitment to thrive in a demanding and complex environment.
A minimum of 10 years in management control is required, with prior experience in the Perfume & Cosmetics industry considered advantageous.
Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
The position offers the flexibility of remote work up to two days per week, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.
