- Contribute to the development and enhancement of five e-commerce platforms across Europe.
- Assist in the monthly presentation and strategic planning of e-commerce animation plans.
- Support the definition of gifting and sampling strategies.
- Implement special operations and key events on the websites.
- Participate in creating mock-ups for homepage animations.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and continuous market analysis.
- Update and manage product launches and catalogues on Givenchybeauty.com.
- Oversee e-merchandising based on implementations and performance.
- Engage in UX/UI reflection and monitor technical performance and bug resolution.
- Coordinate digital project implementation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams for seamless e-commerce operations.
- Analyze KPIs and activations to develop action plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports evaluating the impact of actions on user experience and conversion rates.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or University with a specialization in Digital Marketing/E-Commerce.
- Previous experience in E-Commerce is preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and basic Photoshop skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Fluency in French and English.
Ideal candidates will have some prior exposure to e-commerce environments, though this is not mandatory.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
Monthly stipend ranging from €1,300 to €1,400, depending on academic progression.
