- Contribute to the creation of performance reports for media campaigns using the internal data collection platform.
- Consolidate and analyze local campaign results, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Manage the construction, launch, monitoring, and reporting of HQ-level social media campaigns.
- Conduct advertising monitoring and identify potential advertising agencies.
- Actively participate in discussions with media environment stakeholders, including agencies and external partners.
- Manage the global publication calendar for social media.
- Draft captions for social media platforms.
- Oversee posting on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Develop monthly and campaign-specific performance reports.
- Demonstrates high levels of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Recognized for proactivity, curiosity, dynamism, strong interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
- Passionate about digital media and new technologies.
- Prior experience in media and/or social media is strongly recommended.
- Experience in cosmetics and/or luxury sectors is appreciated.
- Sensitivity to the cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling numerical data.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of social media and digital media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A first experience in media and/or social media is highly recommended. Experience in the cosmetics or luxury sector is advantageous.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
The internship offers six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and the potential for a recommendation to apply for internal positions or the International Program, GLOW. Interns join a vibrant community, participate in an integration seminar, network with peers, attend events, receive HR coaching workshops, and are mentored by a senior buddy throughout their experience.
