- Contribute to the development of performance reports for media campaigns using internal data collection platforms.
- Consolidate and analyze local campaign results, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and providing optimization recommendations.
- Manage the construction, launch, monitoring, and reporting of HQ-level social media campaigns across multiple markets.
- Conduct advertising research and identify potential advertising networks.
- Actively participate in interactions with media environment stakeholders, including agencies, networks, and external partners.
- Analyze local campaign results for fragrance influence, assisting markets in identifying strengths and improvement areas.
- Manage and update the influencer registry, supporting markets in selecting new influencer profiles.
- Assist in drafting guidelines for various influence campaigns for markets and influencers.
- Conduct daily social media monitoring to identify organic content posted by influencers on Instagram and TikTok.
- Demonstrates high levels of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Recognized for proactivity, curiosity, dynamism, strong interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
- Passionate about digital media and new technologies.
- Previous experience in media and/or influence sectors is highly recommended.
- Experience in cosmetics and/or luxury sectors is appreciated.
- Sensitivity to the cosmetics industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital media.
