LVMH Digital Learning & Data Project Manager

- Lead the end-to-end product vision for MYBEAUTYPLAY, a major Retail Education application.
- Define and manage the global digital learning roadmap in alignment with brand priorities.
- Oversee budgets, negotiations, and billing to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Design innovative training experiences including graphic modules and interactive content.
- Collaborate with expert trainers to transform classroom-based trainings into digital formats.
- Build and interpret analytical dashboards to monitor Retail Education performance.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure learning engagement and market activation.
- Nurture and manage a community of over 30 international markets, focusing on the Americas.
- Support markets with onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting of digital tools.
- Master’s-level education in Engineering or Business School.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital learning, data analytics, or retail excellence.
- Fluent in English with at least B2 level proficiency in French.
- Strong product ownership capabilities.
- Mastery of the Office Suite, with experience in PowerBI or GoodData as a plus.
- Excellent pedagogical design skills and creativity in digital learning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse, international stakeholders.
A minimum of 5 years in digital learning, data analytics, or retail excellence, with knowledge of the Teach on Mars solution considered advantageous.
Master’s-level education in Engineering or Business School.
The position offers a permanent contract with the possibility of remote work up to two days per week.
