LVMH Demand Planner

- Evaluate forecasted sales quantities for new products across various markets.
- Facilitate the analysis and revision process of new product forecasts communicated by markets.
- Establish and update forecasts in the Futurmaster tool for catalog references on a monthly basis over an 18-month horizon across all markets.
- Apply and adjust forecasts in Futurmaster according to discontinuation strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize end-of-life forecasts and stock liquidation.
- Lead the collaborative forecasting process with priority markets, promoting information sharing and alignment of objectives.
- Ensure smooth and regular communication with commercial and marketing teams across different regions to refine forecasts.
- Actively contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing robust and well-supported demand forecasts.
- Prepare analyses and hypotheses, integrating decisions into systems.
- Achieve set forecast reliability objectives.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and identify causes of discrepancies to propose corrective action plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or sales forecasting, preferably in cosmetics, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in forecasting tools, ideally with expertise in Futurmaster.
- Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and presentation.
- Excellent understanding of Supply Chain flows.
- Strong analytical and anticipatory skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail, customer service orientation, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Minimum of 3 years in logistics or sales forecasting, ideally within the cosmetics, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
