- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, leveraging and enhancing existing media dashboards.
- Analyze key metrics related to social media engagement and content reach, providing regular reports that summarize campaign outcomes and suggest areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Beauty Media team to enrich results and leverage best practices.
- Track website traffic using analytics tools to understand visitor behavior, utilizing the cross-LVMH E-commerce dashboard, and oversee the implementation of tracking links for comprehensive consumer engagement measurement.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve web page conversion rates.
- Provide insights into e-commerce customer journeys, identifying opportunities to enhance online experiences.
- Support markets and promote the adoption of key metrics beyond the headquarters.
- Synthesize data from disparate sources into coherent insights and develop clear visualizations that translate complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders at various levels.
- Assist in preparing presentations that communicate analytical results related to media performance and web usage statistics.
- Provide training on digital analytics and best practices and tools as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation by sharing ideas and identifying/evaluating new growth channel opportunities to test.
- Strong foundational knowledge of digital media platforms and SEO/SEM principles.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and understanding of tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, cookies).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify key points from large data sets.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role or relevant internships involving media/web analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
