1. Manage and oversee an international order portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and various regulations.
2. Ensure service quality and timely processing of customer orders.
3. Verify the conformity of all commercial and logistical documents, from order registration to final delivery.
4. Receive firm orders from clients, input them, and resolve any blocks such as credit, quotas, pricing, stock, or item issues.
5. Schedule deliveries, organize, and monitor the progress of the order portfolio.
6. Communicate stock availability to clients and sales teams through acknowledgments and proforma invoices.
7. Handle documents related to order tracking, including invoices, credit notes, packing lists, export documents, and hazardous material declarations.
8. Prepare and monitor shipment dossiers, including invoices and transport documents.
9. Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
10. Manage customer complaints and returns.

1. Proven experience in international sales administration or a recent graduate with a BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
2. Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.

1. Proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational skills and intellectual curiosity about products and market trends.
3. Genuine appreciation for the enchanting world of cosmetics.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
