LVMH Customer Service Assistant

- Manage and oversee an international order portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and various regulations.
- Ensure service quality and timely processing of customer orders.
- Verify the conformity of all commercial and logistical documents, from order registration to final delivery.
- Receive firm orders from clients, input them, and resolve any blocks such as credit, quotas, pricing, stock, or item issues.
- Schedule deliveries, organize, and monitor the progress of the order portfolio.
- Communicate stock availability to clients and sales teams through acknowledgments and proforma invoices.
- Handle documents related to order tracking, including invoices, credit notes, packing lists, export documents, and hazardous material declarations.
- Prepare and monitor shipment dossiers, including invoices and transport documents.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Manage customer complaints and returns.
- Proven experience in international sales administration or a recent graduate with a BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and intellectual curiosity about products and market trends.
- Genuine appreciation for the enchanting world of cosmetics.
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
