1. Manage and balance order preparation workload.
2. Ensure capacity for national and international shipments.
3. Organize transportation pooling.
4. Prepare shipping documents.
5. Monitor and follow up on reception and shipping schedules.
6. Handle customer complaints.
7. Track product returns and disposals.
8. Analyze stock management anomalies.

1. Successful experience in international sales administration or a recent graduate with a BTS or bachelor's degree in international trade.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
2. Ability to propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP is a plus) and a keen interest in innovative IT technologies.
5. Organized with intellectual curiosity towards products and market, and a genuine appreciation for the enchanting world of cosmetics.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in international sales administration.

BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
