1. Manage and streamline order preparation workload
2. Ensure national and international shipping capacities
3. Organize transportation consolidation
4. Prepare shipping documents
5. Monitor and track reception and shipping schedules
6. Handle customer complaints
7. Oversee product returns and disposals
8. Analyze stock management discrepancies

1. Successful experience in international sales administration or a recent graduate with a BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
2. Ability to propose initiatives for continuous improvement
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
4. Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP is a plus)
5. Strong interest in innovative IT technologies
6. Organized with intellectual curiosity towards products and market
7. Genuine appreciation for the enchanting world of cosmetics
