Responsibilities
- Ensure impeccable service levels by meeting client deadlines.
- Control commercial and logistical documents from order registration to final delivery, in accordance with internal procedures.
- Receive and enter orders, coordinating portfolio follow-up with sales teams.
- Compile and track shipping files to ensure billing.
- Organize delivery with freight forwarders and/or carriers.
- Manage customer complaints and product returns.
Qualifications
- Successful experience in international sales administration or a recent graduate with a degree in international commerce.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Ability to propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP system SAP.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1 level), capable of communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong interest in innovative IT technologies.
- Impeccable organization, intellectual curiosity about products and market, and a genuine appreciation for the enchanting world of cosmetics.
