- Develop CRM content to support product catalogues and commercial operations.
- Create and review agency briefs to ensure optimal creative output.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and image standards.
- Support markets in content creation and validate CRM campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as marketing development, legal, and digital teams, as well as external communication agencies.
- Conduct competitive analysis in CRM and e-CRM.
- Currently in the 4th or 5th year of a business school or equivalent university program, specializing in Marketing.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in direct marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM in a company or agency is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and responsiveness.
- Strong writing skills.
- Affinity for the cosmetics industry.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior exposure to marketing, direct marketing, or CRM is beneficial.
Pursuing a degree in business or a related field, with a focus on Marketing.
Internship compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
The position offers six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and the potential for a recommendation to apply for internal positions or the International Program, GLOW.
