LVMH CRM Manager

- Collaborate closely with agencies and retail partners, particularly e-retail partners, to identify consumer insights and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the brand's short- and long-term customer recruitment strategy by supporting the marketing team in identifying the right target customer, including launch prioritization, paid media planning, and event planning.
- Issue consumer trends reports to headquarters to influence the innovation pipeline.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for new customer acquisition and retention in Japan, aligning with central CRM guidelines while considering local strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Forecast and budget resources and expenses for the CRM program, allocating appropriately across channels and evaluating productivity.
- Oversee current CRM program details, including Loyalty Point Program, customer tier rewards, new customer return initiatives, VIP gifts, and digital communications.
- Monitor customer service interactions to understand sources of customer complaints and requests related to CRM, proposing effective plans to improve retention and business growth.
- Provide periodic reports on customer base and profiles, conducting ad hoc database studies to analyze business objectives.
- Study customer management per store, region, or retailer to access KPIs, collaborating with retail teams to suggest solutions.
- Review and report on CRM and marketing actions to inform future planning.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in CRM strategy development and implementation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct database studies
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM is required.
